What area do you cover?
We are based in Darlington, Co-Durham in the North East of England, although we travel extensively throughout the UK and Europe. We also offer a bespoke worldwide wedding package.
How do we book your services for our forthcoming wedding?
We will send you a booking form which needs to be signed and sent back to us with a 25% booking fee. Once this has cleared our account we will write back confirming that the booking is official and that we will be at your wedding day.
Do we get to meet you to discuss details prior to our wedding day?
We always like to meet up with our customers before the wedding day and we will travel up to 25 miles outside of our town to meet you. However if distance is a problem we can either charge a nominal fee, dependant upon the distance, or we can discuss everything over the telephone. We always contact the customer within 4 weeks of the wedding date to arrange a meeting if possible. You are also very welcome to visit us at our premises in Darlington, Co-Durham. We also include a questionnaire with our booking form with all relevant information that will be helpful to us.
Do we get to choose our own music for the wedding DVD?
The answer is yes, we actively encourage you to choose your own music as this helps to make the entire film as unique as possible. We will ask you to provide us with at least 12 tracks and it is important that you provide us with them as soon as possible, as we cannot begin the edit without them. We will use the music throughout the wedding DVD at our discretion unless you specifically ask for a track at a certain point in the film. We don’t usually use all the music you give us, but having so many tracks gives us plenty of scope in the edit.
