Postage and Packaging is free of charge for all orders over £50, and a £3.50 charge is levied for smaller orders.

Please note we only deliver to customers within the UK (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all British Forces Post Office addresses). All orders must be signed for upon receipt.

If your order hasn't arrived, you've received the wrong order or you've got other problems with your delivery, please call 01234 567890 and we will endeavour to get your order back on track. Alternatively you can contact the Royal Mail Hotline: 08457 740740.

From time to time we may contact you by phone or e-mail to request additional proof of identity before we dispatch your order, where possible we will endeavour to conduct our security checks inside our delivery service level agreement.
